The Site offers digital products in the form of PDF ebooks:

• Linux Fundamentals
• Container Fundamentals
• Kubernetes Fundamentals
• DevOps Foundation Bundle (all three ebooks)

All products are delivered digitally as downloadable PDF files. No physical product will be shipped.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed through third-party platforms:

• Gumroad: Gumroad Terms of Service
• Hotmart: Hotmart Terms of Use

By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of the respective payment platform. Payment processing fees, currency conversion, and taxes (if applicable) are handled by the payment provider.

4. Refunds

Refund policies are governed by the payment platform through which you made your purchase:

• Gumroad: Refunds are at the discretion of the seller. Please contact guilherme@bedin.online within 14 days of purchase to request a refund.
• Hotmart: Hotmart offers a 7-day unconditional refund guarantee for digital products, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

5. License and Usage

When you purchase a book or bundle, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and read the PDF on your personal devices
• Make a reasonable number of backup copies for personal use

You may not:

• Distribute, share, or resell the ebook or any part of it
• Upload the ebook to file-sharing platforms or torrent sites
• Use the content for commercial purposes or training without written permission
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the content

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including the ebooks, text, images, and code examples, is the intellectual property of Guilherme Bedin and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

All future updates to purchased ebooks are included at no additional cost. We reserve the right to update the content at our discretion. Updated versions will be made available through the same delivery channels used at the time of purchase.
